Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital nature of services
Ask Rachna Dalvi (operated by Rachna Manish Dalvi) provides personalized numerology, signature analysis, love compatibility, WhatsApp consultation, and name-change services delivered as digital PDFs and/or one-on-one conversations. Because reports are hand-crafted using your private personal data (DOB, name, partner data), they cannot be resold or reused once generated.
2. Eligibility for refund
We offer a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment — if you accidentally paid twice for the same plan within 24 hours, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
- Non-delivery — if your report is not delivered within 72 hours of confirmed payment (and you have not received any explanatory email from us), you may request a full refund.
- Technical error — if the delivered PDF is corrupt / blank / unreadable and we cannot resend a working copy within 48 hours of you reporting the issue.
- WhatsApp consultation no-show by us — if Rachna fails to attend a confirmed slot and cannot offer a rescheduled slot within 7 days, a full refund will be issued.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Once your personalized report has been emailed/downloaded.
- Change of mind after the report has been generated.
- If incorrect personal details (name spelling, DOB, partner data) were submitted by the customer — we will, however, regenerate the report once if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- WhatsApp consultations missed by the customer or cancelled less than 4 hours before the booked slot.
- Disagreement with the spiritual/numerological interpretation provided — these are guidance-based services and outcomes are not guaranteed.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at namaste@askrachna.com with the following:
- Your full name and the email you used at checkout
- Reference / Report ID
- Payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or PayPal capture ID)
- Reason for the refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
5. Refund mechanism
- India (Razorpay): refund is processed back to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking).
- International (PayPal): refund is initiated through PayPal and credited to the original PayPal balance or card.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel any consultation slot up to 4 hours before the booked time by replying to your booking confirmation WhatsApp / email. Cancelled slots within the eligibility window can either be (a) rescheduled to another available slot within 14 days at no extra cost, or (b) refunded as per Section 2.
