1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our Services:

• Personal details: Name, date of birth, email address, phone number
• Report inputs: Uploaded signature image, uploaded photograph (face reading — future), preferred language
• Payment data: Transaction / UTR ID, uploaded payment screenshot (never your full bank/card details)
• Chat data: Messages you send to our chatbot and the assistant's replies
• Technical data: Approximate IP, browser type, device, session duration (via basic server logs)
• Subscription preferences: Your horoscope / newsletter consent choices

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your personalized report
• To verify payments and prevent fraud
• To send report emails, daily/monthly horoscopes (if subscribed) and birthday blessings
• To improve our Services and personalize your experience
• To respond to your questions or chatbot interactions
• To comply with legal obligations when required

We do NOT sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

3. Third-Party Processors

To operate the Website, we use a small number of trusted third-party services. We share only what is strictly necessary:

• AI provider (Google Gemini / OpenAI etc.): Your name, date of birth and numerology details are sent to generate your report text. Providers retain this under their own privacy policies.
• Email provider (SMTP — BigRock): Used to deliver your PDF report and subscription emails.
• Cloud hosting: Data stored on secure Kubernetes infrastructure with managed MongoDB.
• Payment rail (UPI): Payments are initiated in your UPI app — we never receive your bank or card information.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on managed MongoDB with access restricted to authorized administrators. Uploaded images are stored encoded as strings inside secured database documents. Passwords (admin) are not stored in plaintext-accessible form.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — but no online service can guarantee 100% security. In the unlikely event of a breach, we will notify affected users promptly as required by law.

5. Data Retention

• Reports & linked data: Retained so you can request re-delivery (typically 3 years)
• Payment screenshots: Retained only until verification is complete and for up to 1 year for accounting
• Chat conversations: Retained for up to 12 months for quality improvement, then purged
• Subscribers: Until you unsubscribe

You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

6. Cookies & Analytics

The Website uses minimal local storage (e.g. admin login token). We may add privacy-respecting analytics in future — if we do, this policy will be updated and we will obtain consent where legally required.

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act, GDPR where applicable)

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — update inaccurate or outdated information
• Delete — request permanent deletion of your data (except where we must retain it by law)
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from horoscope/newsletter emails at any time
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object — stop specific kinds of processing
• Grievance — lodge a complaint if you feel your rights have been violated

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for users 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. International Visitors (EEA / UK)

If you access our Website from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed on servers in India or third-country data centers used by our providers. We rely on standard contractual safeguards offered by those providers.

10. AI-Generated Content & Privacy

We use AI models to assist with report writing. Inputs (your name, DOB, numerology numbers, signature notes) are sent to our AI provider. We do NOT send your email, phone or payment data to the AI provider.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Please review periodically.
