• Before report delivery: A full refund is available if you request it within 24 hours of payment and before your report has been generated. Email us at the contact address below.
• Failed delivery: If a technical issue prevents us from delivering your report, we will either re-deliver it or refund in full.
• After report delivery: Due to the digital, personalized, intellectually-created nature of our reports, refunds are not possible once the PDF has been emailed to you.
• Payment disputes: Please contact us first before raising a dispute with your bank or UPI provider — we resolve issues within 48 hours.
